About the Role
You’re here to build and close.
We’re hiring our first dedicated Account Executive to lead revenue growth across our highest-value customer segments. This is a full-cycle, hunter role where you own the number and help define how sales gets done at Betstamp.
This a huge opportunity to shape an entire go-to-market motion from the ground up. You won’t be inheriting a rigid playbook, you'll be helping build it. From defining our ideal customer profiles, to experimenting with outbound strategies, to scaling what works, you’ll have real ownership over how Betstamp grows. As we scale aggressively, you’ll scale with us in responsibility, influence, and career trajectory.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: sourcing discovery, demo, negotiation and close
- Prospect and open new doors across B2B and high-value B2C segments (outbound is a must)
- Build and manage your own pipeline you own your number
- Close new revenue and expand existing accounts through renewals and upsells
- Tailor pitches and demos across Betstamp’s product suite (Pro software, data feeds, affiliate tools)
- Work directly with founders on GTM strategy, prioritization, and deal strategy
- Track pipeline, revenue, and conversion metrics to continuously improve performance
- Represent Betstamp at industry events, conferences, and partnership activations
- Be the voice of the customer feeding real insights back into product and strategy
- Help lay the foundation for the future sales team and playbook
You’re Probably a Fit If
- You have 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- You’ve sold in SaaS, data, fintech, sports, gaming, or a related space
- You’ve done real outbound not just inbound or upsells
- You’re comfortable building a book from scratch
- You can speak confidently with executives, operators, and technical stakeholders
- You’re entrepreneurial, resilient, and motivated by ownership
- You want to grow into leadership eventually, but first and foremost you want to sell
- You care about quality deals, not just volume
- You have a genuine interest in sports, markets, or betting (bonus, not required)
This is not a rigid, process-heavy sales org. You’ll be trusted to figure things out, move fast, and deliver.
