As Northern's Adobe Solutions Architect with a strategic focus onAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, helping clients harness the full potential of their analytics and customer journey data. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, architectscalable analytics and journey tracking frameworks, and ensure actionable insights are derived to help businessesoptimizecustomer experiences and achieve their goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design robustAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analyticsimplementations tailored to client businessobjectivesand customer experience strategies.
  • Developscalable analytics frameworks, including solution design reference documentation (SDR), variable mappings, and detailed tracking plans across bothAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analyticsplatforms.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cross-channel tracking and customer journey mapping to ensure seamless insights from acquisition to conversion.
  • Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management ofAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analyticswithin theAdobe Experience Cloud.
  • Lead the integration and configuration of data collection strategies for bothAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analytics, ensuringaccuratetracking of customer interactions across digital touchpoints.
  • Provideexpert guidance on leveragingAdobe Launch(or other tag management systems) for efficient andscalable tag implementation.
  • IntegrateAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analyticswith other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g.,Adobe Target,Audience Manager,Campaign), third-party platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Enable customer data activation, including audience segmentation, personalization, and journey-based attribution modeling, tooptimizemarketing and customer engagement efforts.
  • Audit and assess existing implementations of bothAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analyticstoidentifyand resolve data gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Optimizereporting structures, dashboards, and data flows to enhance decision-making capabilities and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and tracking requirements across bothAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analytics.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of analytics and journey solutions with their broader business strategies andobjectives.
  • Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and workshops to clients and internal teams on best practices forAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analytics.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation to support the adoption and effective use of both analytics platforms across teams.

Knowledge, Education & Experience Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience withAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analytics(Experience Cloud).
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics Workspace, segmentation, calculated metrics, reporting, andCustomer Journey Analyticsfeatures, including journey mapping, visualization, and event-based tracking.
    • Proficiency inJavaScript,HTML, andCSSfor custom tracking and tagging implementations.
    • Experience withAdobe Launch(or other tag management systems) for scalable and efficient tag deployment.
    • In-depth knowledge of web analytics concepts, data collection strategies, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis.
    • Ability to translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and custom reporting frameworks using bothAdobe AnalyticsandCustomer Journey Analytics.
    • Proventrack recordof troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies,optimizingdata flows, and implementingscalable solutions to improve analytics infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

    • Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g.,Adobe Target,Audience Manager,Adobe Campaign).
    • Adobe certifications (e.g.,Adobe Analytics Architect,Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner).
    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g.,GDPR,CCPA) and their impact on analytics and customer journey tracking.
    • Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics,Tableau,Power BI) and best practices for data visualization.
