Position: Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations Manager

40 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic advertising, marketing, and public relations campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop effective strategies to promote their brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising managers

*Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.

Marketing managers

*Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments.

Public relations managers

*Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs, publicize activities and events, and maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments and other organizations.

E-business managers

*Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the design, development and maintenance of Internet, Intranet and mobile applications to manage an organization's online business model and strategy

*Collaborate with advertising, marketing, and public relations teams to plan, develop, evaluate and manage an organizations online
presence including public relations, communications, marketing, commercial activities and social media management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or public relations, preferably in a managerial role

- Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and public relations principles and best practices

- Experience in developing and executing successful campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in using advertising and marketing software and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite

- Knowledge of the Canadian market and advertising regulations is an asset
