Part-Time Educators (Math, Writing, Problem Solving)
JEI Learning Center – Richmond Hill (Leslie & Elgin Mills + Yonge & Jefferson)
Availability Requirements – Please Read Carefully
Priority will be given to candidates who can commit year-round
Must be available:
- Multiple weeknights (2:00–7:00 PM)
- Saturdays (10:00 AM–1:00 PM)
- Both school year (Sept–June) and summer (July–Aug)

About the Role
We're looking for educators who can confidently teach students from Grade 1 to Grade 9 in:
- Writing
- Math
- Problem-Solving Math
- Assist with general homework and support
You'll work in small group settings (1:10–15 ratio) and occasionally one-on-one. Average 15–25 hours/week during the school year, with additional hours available during summer and camps.
What We're Looking For
- Strong subject knowledge in Math and Writing (up to Grade 9)
- Confident classroom management and communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic personality
- Experience with children or teaching is a strong asset
- Must provide a clear police background check
