<p>We are currently looking for an Agile Coach, its a hybrid position.</p><p><br></p><p>Minimum requirements for Agile Coach.</p><ul><li>Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) with experience in Helping organizations in agile transformation and SAFe implementation (at least 2 years of coaching experience)</li><li>Performed role of Release Train Engineer for at least 2 years</li><li>Performed role of Scrum Master for at least 2 years</li><li>Have a strong understanding of product management concepts</li></ul><p> </p><p>Major Responsibilities will Include</p><ul><li>Provide continuous guidance on agile practices, roles and responsibilities, tools, and techniques. Perform regular monitoring and suggest necessary course corrections when appropriate.</li><li>Answer practical agile and tool questions to relieve blockers and to help team members put their agile training into action.</li><li>Act as change agents, motivating and helping make change happen.</li><li>Evangelize Agile methodologies across the organization by continually bringing the value of Agile to life.</li><li>Serve on teams as an objective party to help navigate common roadblocks and pain points in the adoption process.</li><li>Recommending the right approach to growth by bringing the right questions- providing good mental models- challenging people in their thinking.</li><li>Flag issues/risks and other key actions that may need to interface with non-agile portions of the company.</li><li>Ability to work with relevant engineering teams to ensure DevOps related activities occur as intended.</li><li>Foster a continuous learning environment helping teams to inspect & adapt.</li><li>Facilitate large group discussions.</li><li>Coach senior leaders on Agile and scaled Agile concepts.</li><li>Coach multiple teams at all stages of their agile journey. Actively engaging to help teams and executives with the most challenging aspects of agility.</li><li>Perform business and technical agile assessments and guide: how to increase agility given the organization's context and constraints. </li><li>Interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
