To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the casual mobile game market. You will work on and ship at least 1 game every 2 months.<br><br>You will be developing fun and highly scalable mobile games, played by tens of millions of people. You will be part of a small and high performing team, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering great mobile games.</p>AI Engineer requirements are:<ul><li>You are creative and have a hacker mindset.</li><li>Experience working with and Fine Tuning AI Models for consumer facing products</li><li>Experience with using AI models and algorithms to generate game content such as levels, models, images, text, and layouts.</li><li>Experience utilizing machine learning to personalize content based on user skill levels and preferences, ensuring an engaging and challenging experience.</li><li>Experience with balancing game content to cater to players of varying skill levels, enhancing retention and satisfaction</li><li>Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing, crucial for handling the data needs of AI models in gaming.</li><li>Strong understanding of generative models (e.g., diffusion models, GANs, VAEs), deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and reinforcement learning for game balancing</li><li>Experience with Unity and mobile technologies. (C#, iOS, Android)</li><li>Experience with version control systems such as GIT.</li><li>Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.</li><li>Empathy for players, good sense of game-play experience, special attention to detail.</li></ul></p></p>
