<li>Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve overdue accounts.</li>
<li>Apply incoming payments accurately against outstanding invoices.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments.</li>
<li>Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>Real Estate Experience (Commercial or Industrial)</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in accounts receivable</li>
<li>Proficient in accounting software Newstar or Yardi</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.</li> Apply
