As an assembler-moulder, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of our rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. If you're looking for a job that requires rigor, coordination and the use of your physical abilities, this is the job for you!</p><br><p><b>In this position, you'll have the opportunity to :</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Manufacture rubber tracks while following each step of the manufacturing recipe</li><li>Set up and operate the press and any other equipment used for production</li><li>Understand and follow the documentation for the various production models</li><li>Ensure product quality at each step of the process </li><li>Respect all safety rules, factory regulations and work procedures in place</li><li>Keep your workplace clean</li><li>Perform any other related tasks</li></ul><br><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Permanent full-time position</li><li><b>Shift:</b> evening or night shifts (5x8h or 3x12h + 1 Saturday/month)</li><li><b>Salary:</b> starting at $28.43/hr + salary progression over 2 years</li><li><b>Shift premium:</b> $1.50/hr evening / $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr</li></ul><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Can you see yourself in this position?
