<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $40,000 to 80,000 annually + benefits (negotiable based on experience, flat rate is an option) <br /><p>Centennial Carstar Truro is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Auto Body Painter!</p><p></p><p>NOW HIRING: Auto Body Painter</p><p>LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Truro, Truro, NS</p><p>HOURS: Full time, Permanent. Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week.</p><p>WAGES: $40,000 to 80,000 annually + benefits (negotiable based on experience, flat rate is an option)</p><p></p><p>THE PERFECT FIT:</p><p>Youre a detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused individual who excels in both team and independent environments. You have previous experience as an automotive painter or in a related field, and your goal is to ensure vehicles look their best with high-quality finishes and top-notch customer satisfaction.</p><p></p><p>APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li>Must be reliable, show initiative, and take pride in quality work.</li><li>Able to prioritize, multitask, and work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Valid Canadian drivers license.</li><li>Physically capable of performing the duties, including frequent bending, crouching, and lifting up to 50lbs.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.</li><li>Experience in painting and prepping is essential.
