<p>Our client is seeking a <b>Bilingual Customer Care Associate</b> to join their Voice Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled travel professional who is fluent in <b>French and English</b> and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.</p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service in both <b>English and French</b></li><li>Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and bookings</li><li>Work with GDS systems (<b>Amadeus or Sabre experience required)</b></li><li>Deliver timely, professional, and effective support to clients</li></ul><p><b>What They're Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>Previous <b>travel agency experience</b> is required</li><li>Proficiency with a <b>GDS</b> (Amadeus preferred)</li><li>Strong communication skills in <b>French and English</b></li><li>Ability to work effectively in a <b>remote environment</b></li></ul><p><b>Work Location:</b></p><ul><li>100% remote (ideally Ontario-based, but open to candidates across Canada)</li></ul><p><b>Compensation:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary <b>$50,000 – $56,000</b>, based on experience</li></ul><p>If you’re ready to take the next step in your travel career and join a supportive, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you!</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
