Hansler Industries is an integral entity of Leavitt Industrial Group.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Hansler Industries is looking for a <strong>Branch Manager </strong>to join our team in <strong>Brockville or Ottawa, Ontario</strong>. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the branch operations of both the Brockville and Ottawa branch locations to ensure optimal performance, financial results, and customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As the Branch Manager your key responsibilities will include: </p><ul><li>Lead branch operations, ensuring all departments function in alignment with company goals</li><li>Partner with Senior Management and Business Unit Leads to execute strategic initiatives </li><li>Manage the branch profit & loss and review and optimize revenue, margins, expenses, and profitability </li><li>Analyze customer activity, identify service gaps, and develop engagement strategies with Business Unit Leads</li><li>Partner with the Sales & Rentals department to develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and capture market opportunities</li><li>Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team</li><li>Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance reviews, and employee development plans</li><li>Chair the Branch Safety Committee and reinforce safety as a core value</li><li>Encourage cross-functional cooperation and shared accountability across roles and departments</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: </p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a multi-departmental or branch management role</li><li>Experience in dock & door, material handling, industrial equipment, or automotive service industries is an asset, but not required</li><li>Strong financial literacy and business acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs</li><li>Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build a collaborative, high-performance culture</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and resolve escalations effectively</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems including ERP/CRM systems </li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license required</li><li>Ability to travel is required</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits & Perks </strong></p><p>Hansler Industries is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan: </p><ul><li>Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents </li><li>Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage </li><li>Annual health care spending account </li><li>Life insurance, disability insurance, and travel insurance – 100% employer paid </li><li>Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid</li><li>Employee assistance programs </li><li>RRSP matching </li><li>Ongoing professional development opportunities</li><li>Company vehicle</li></ul><p>The base pay range for this role is: $102,800 to $130,000 per year depending on experience. </p><p>This is an <strong>onsite</strong> role based in <strong>Brockville or Ottawa, Ontario</strong>. </p><p>Hansler Industries would like to thank all applicants for their interest; however, only qualified applicants will be contacted by Talent Acquisition for an interview.
