<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>#LI-DNI</strong><p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><br /> </p><b>POSITION</b>                                           BRAND AMBASSADOR<br /><b>COMPANY AND LOCATION</b>            Peritus Medical, Head Office<br /><b>EMPLOYMENT TYPE</b><b>                         </b>Permanent, full time<br /><b>HOURS WORKED</b><b>                              </b>TBD<br /><b>DEPARTMENT</b>                                   Delivery<br /><b>REPORTING TO</b>                                 Manager, Distribution<br /><b>DIRECT REPORTS</b>                              No<br><br><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b><br />This position will be a critical role in the Operations department, supporting the Manager, Distribution with facilitating client interactions and department communications.<br /><b>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b><br /><strong>Patient Deliveries & Inventory Distribution</strong><ul><li>Picking up and dropping off deliveries to patients across the GTA within specified timeframes</li><li>Completing deliveries to clinics and other team members according to a weekly schedule</li><li>Acting as company brand ambassador while completing deliveries, consistently providing excellent customer service to patients and clients</li><li>Safeguarding confidential patient and client information at all times</li><li>Communicating professionally and in a collaborative manner with patients and other team members to provide or collect information regarding scheduled deliveries as necessary</li><li>Ensuring correct number of pieces for each delivery are picked up and present at drop off (ie bags, boxes, Credo packages)</li><li>Handling products appropriately and ensuring they are transported safely, securely, and within the required temperature range</li><li>Maintaining awareness of proper cold chain procedures to be followed for temperature sensitive products</li><li>Correctly preparing and using cold chain equipment to maintain suitable storage conditions in case of on- and off-site emergencies to preserve company assets (ie priming refrigerated or freezer Credos, using trackers to create accurate temperature logs)</li><li>Sterile cleaning of certain products to keep free from bacteria; keeping clean for delivery</li><li>Distributing inventory to various company locations across the GTA as required</li><li>General labour tasks at company locations as assigned</li><li>Performing delivery tasks to other locations within Ontario if necessary</li></ul><br /><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><ul><li>Valid G drivers license</li><li>Clean abstract</li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to always present themselves in a professional manner</li><li>Good sense of geographical direction</li><li>Hardworking, organized and a team player – must work cohesively with team members</li></ul><b>EDUCATION</b><ul><li>Completion of Post-secondary required</li></ul><b>SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: </b><ul><li>Must be able to lift and carry products up to 25-50 lbs</li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>JxqZ2CTm55</p></p></p>
