Job Description

The Dispatcher role is a fast-paced, demanding position focused on planning and coordinating the pickups and deliveries for our Saskatoon service area, including surrounding rural routes. • System Management: Working within the AS/400 platform to execute scheduling, track shipments for customers, and perform other necessary system tasks.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Printing labels, adding comments to justify non-service deliveries, and ensuring proper company policy and safety guidelines are followed.

  • Leadership & Safety: Demonstrating leadership, promoting a safety-minded culture, and assisting with appointment booking and rescheduling of priorities.

  • Other duties as assigned.
