The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in providing close protection services in a wide range of environments. This role requires extensive experience, high situational awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.</em></p><p><strong><em>You will earn:</em></strong></p><ul><li>$40 to $50.00 per hour</li></ul><p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations</li><li>Monitor and assess potential threats; adjust protocols as needed</li><li>Create and maintain secure environments for clients</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality</li><li>Work collaboratively with drivers, logistics, and surveillance teams</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and implement safety strategies</li><li>Accurately document all incidents</li></ul><p><strong><em>To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must meet the following criteria:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>2 years’ experience</strong> in close protection</li><li>Experience with <strong>high-profile or high-net-worth clients</strong></li><li>Preference given to <strong>former military and police personnel</strong></li><li>Possess a valid Security license in the province of Ontario</li><li>Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills</li><li>Exceptional <strong>judgment</strong>, <strong>decision-making</strong>, and <strong>customer service</strong> orientation</li><li>Able to work independently and within a team</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong> (spoken and written)</li><li><strong>Professionally groomed</strong>, <strong>punctual</strong>, and <strong>reliable</strong></li><li>Clean driving abstract</li></ul><p>This is a unique opportunity to work in a challenging and professional environment that values discretion, preparedness, and integrity.</p><p>AFIMAC is a global risk management and elite security company.
