What You Will Do:

Your goal is to boost sales, but you will achieve this by elevating the customer experience.

• Follow-Up & Outreach: Reconnect with past clients and follow up on current leads via phone and email.
• Relationship Building: Turn a "one-time buyer" into a "lifetime client" through genuine connection and impeccable service.
• Consultative Sales: Use your knowledge of curtain walls and storefront glazing to propose the right solutions for our commercial clients.
• Customer Experience: Act as a bridge between the client and our installation team, ensuring the client feels heard and valued at every step.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales or Customer Success.
• Must have technical knowledge/experience with Commercial Storefronts and Curtain Walls.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Located in or able to commute to Bradford, ON.
