<p>Join to apply for the <strong>CONTRACT - Labeling Artwork Program Manager Consultant</strong> role at <strong>ClinChoice</strong></p><p>ClinChoice is seeking a <strong>Labeling Artwork Program Manager - Consultant</strong> with a <strong>HYBRID option in Markham, Canada</strong> for a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension, to work with a consumer product client.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have <strong>5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management</strong> within the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.</p>
<h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Labeling Artwork Program Manager to lead end-to-end management of packaging and labeling artwork development, revision, and approval across a consumer health portfolio. The role involves acting as a cross-functional liaison to ensure projects are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with global regulatory and brand standards.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ol>
<li>Manage artwork development from initiation through approval and implementation, ensuring timely delivery.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary contact between Regulatory, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors.</li>
<li>Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate review and approval of labeling content and artwork, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.</li>
<li>Support change control processes related to labeling updates, product launches, and branding initiatives.</li>
<li>Lead or support process improvements in artwork development and approval workflows.</li>
<li>Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders effectively.</li>
</ol>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ol>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management in relevant industries.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for labeling and packaging.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams under deadlines.</li>
<li>Experience with electronic artwork management systems (e.g., Veeva, Adobe Illustrator) preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.</li>
