<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Company Overview</strong></p><p>We arepart of North America's largest rotational molding corporation and seeking Machine Operator - Molders</p><p><strong>JobOverview</strong></p><p>The Machine Operator - Molder is responsible for processing our raw materials into a molded product.</p><p><strong>Why Work Here:</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Understand and control the operation of rotational molding equipment.</li><li>Accurately weigh resin and colorant</li><li>Assist in mold changes.</li><li>Load, change, and unload molds as required.</li><li>Process scrap product</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>What to Expect</strong></p><ul><li>Frequent use of hand tools including, but not limited to; utility knives, wrenches, hammers, chisels, pry bars, etc.</li><li>Frequent use of impact wrenches for bolt removal and replacement.</li><li>Frequent use of overhead lifting devices such as jib cranes, bridge cranes, and monorails with electric or manual hoists.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>At least 1 year <span >Production/industrial</span> manufacturing experience</li><li>Comfortability working with production equipment and small tools.</li><li>Comfortability working at elevate heights.</li><li>Ability to understand work orders and bills of materials.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-past environment, with multiple responsibilities and priorities.</li><li>Proven oral and written communication skills, English required</li><li>Capable of working with minimal supervision.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits Include</strong></p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Employee assistance programs</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>RRSP Match</li><li>Paid vacations</li></ul><p><strong>Education Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Technical/trades diploma (preferred)</li><li>Forklift certification (preferred)</li><li>WHMIS and LOTO training (preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>The Molder position is classified as heavy work. The employee must be able to work in an industrial setting with exposure to the following physical activities; climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting (up to 50 pounds), and will work in an industrial plant setting with exposure to; height, humidity, heat, noise, vibration, moving mechanical parts, and forklift traffic.</p></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
