You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with current and prospective customers, supporting their needs, and helping develop new opportunities through pre-qualified leads.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ol><li><p>Act as the subject matter expert by conducting in-home assessments and helping homeowners identify and understand potential concerns.</p></li><li><p>Deliver compelling and informative in-home presentations, guiding customers through customized product solutions that address issues such as chlorine, hard water buildup, and other common municipal water problems.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate installation areas and provide estimates for equipment installation.</p></li><li><p>Foster long-term relationships with customers through attentive follow-ups and service.</p></li><li><p>Respond to qualified leads and customer inquiries, gather key information, and schedule appointments effectively.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate weekly schedules and report lead activity to the National Sales Manager.</p></li><li><p>Present products in a professional and engaging manner, highlight current promotions, and assist customers in making confident purchasing decisions.</p></li><li><p>Process customer orders, collect payments, and coordinate installations through our dealer network.</p></li><li><p>Participate in post-sale customer satisfaction programs, including follow-up visits, referral generation, and thank-you initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a polished appearance and professional attitude that aligns with our company’s commitment to service excellence.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.</p></li></ol><strong>What We Offer:</strong><ul><li><p><strong>No experience necessary</strong> – paid training provided by certified trainers.</p></li><li><p>All appointments are <strong>prearranged and screened</strong> for safety and suitability.</p></li><li><p><strong>No cold-calling, no door knocking, and no sales quotas.</strong></p></li><li><p>Competitive <strong>base salary</strong> plus generous bonuses, incentives, and full benefits.</p></li><li><p><strong>Weekly pay</strong>, with average annual earnings of <strong>$85,000 to $95,000</strong>, and top performers earning over six figures.</p></li><li><p><strong>5-day work week</strong> – no weekends, no statutory holidays.</p></li><li><p>A supportive and friendly team environment with opportunities for growth.</p></li></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul><li><p>Must live in the <strong>Greater Hamilton Area</strong> and reside full-time in <strong>Canada</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Own reliable vehicle</strong> is required to travel to customer appointments.</p></li><li><p>Must maintain a professional appearance and have a positive, motivated attitude.</p></li></ul><p>This is a <strong>full-time, in-person position</strong> (not remote) position.
