We’re looking for a skilled CDA—with a preferred Ortho Module—to join our dynamic team in a Treatment Coordinator role that blends clinical knowledge with communication and coordination expertise.</p><hr /><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br />This isn’t just a chairside assisting role—it’s an opportunity to play a central part in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey. You’ll help build and communicate treatment plans, ensure appointments are booked in the right sequence, and serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate point of contact for our patients.</p><p>We’ll provide training on our systems, but we’re looking for someone who understands the “why” behind the “how”—and can confidently convey that to patients.</p><hr /><p><strong>What You Bring</strong><br />✔ Certified Dental Assistant (Ortho Module preferred)<br />✔ 3–5 years of experience, ideally in ortho or treatment coordination<br />✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills<br />✔ A confident, outgoing personality with a professional and reliable approach<br />✔ Organizational strengths and ease with digital tools (we use <strong>Tracker</strong> and digital charting)<br />✔ A desire to contribute to a high-functioning, collaborative team</p><hr /><p><strong>Schedule</strong><br /> 32–40 hours/week (typically 36–40)<br /> Flexible scheduling available within clinic needs</p><p><strong>Clinic Hours</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm</p></li><li><p>Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm</p></li><li><p>Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm</p></li><li><p>Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm (2 Fridays/month)</p></li></ul><hr /><p><strong>Compensation & Perks</strong><br /> $30–$36/hr (based on experience)<br />✅ Paid working interview at $35/hr<br /> Signing bonus for local candidates<br /> Relocation bonus for those moving to Vernon, BC<br /> Supportive training, mentorship, and professional growth<br />
