An ideal candidate is personable, passionate about patient care and able to work independently with a well-trained team of optometric support staff. New graduates are welcome. It also features a wealth of community centres, family activities and school options for raising children. Housing is affordable with family homes priced starting in the $200Ks. Commuting in from Edmonton for week on/week off is also a possibility. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p><span>Compensation is production based but has a guaranteed minimum of 115k/year for part time (20 hrs a week) or 225k/year for full time (40 hrs a week).</span></p><p><br></p>
