Directeur des ventes commerciales
Le/la Directeur(trice) des ventes commerciales (DVC) développe et dirige une équipe de ventes commerciales afin d’atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de rentabilité en accomplissant les tâches décrites ci-dessous. Le/la DVC conçoit et recommande des programmes de vente et établit des stratégies à court et à long terme. Évalue et met en œuvre de nouvelles techniques de vente appropriées pour augmenter le volume des ventes dans la région.

ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL
Le/la membre de l’équipe devra passer beaucoup de temps en déplacement et/ou au volant d’un véhicule. Ce poste exige des déplacements fréquents avec nuitées.
Compensation Range: The range of expected compensation for this role is between 79,000.00 CAD and 99,000.00 CAD salary for a new team member. The rate offered to a successful candidate depends on multiple factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
