As Distribution Manager at our Milton warehouse, you\'ll help oversee our expansive 1 million square-foot facilities stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. <p><b>Position Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments.</li>
<li>Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping.</li>
<li>Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in the daily functions of a well-structured, high-performing warehouse environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.</li>
