<p> Electrician – Estimating, Safety & Project Development (Lethbridge, AB)</p><p> We are seeking a Certified Journeyman Electrician in Lethbridge, AB who wants more than just a traditional field role. This position combines hands-on electrical work with opportunities to support estimating, safety, and project development across a growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects. </p><p> If you’re an experienced electrician with strong problem-solving skills and an interest in shaping how projects are scoped, planned, and delivered, this is an exciting opportunity to expand your career. </p><p> What You’ll Do </p><ul><li> Perform electrical work across commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects </li><li> Assist with estimating by reviewing drawings, site conditions, and scope to support accurate bids and proposals </li><li> Contribute to project development activities, from pre-construction planning to technical input on designs </li><li> Support safety practices, documentation, and compliance, including COR-related standards </li><li> Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution </li><li> Conduct site visits for assessments, measurements, and troubleshooting </li><li> Provide technical input to improve efficiency, layouts, and planning processes </li></ul><p> What We’re Looking For </p><ul><li> Certified Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal preferred)</li><li> Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work </li><li> Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams </li><li> Interest or experience in estimating, safety programs, and project development </li><li> Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take on varied tasks beyond the field </li><li> Comfortable splitting time between the office and job sites </li></ul><p> Nice to Have </p><ul><li> COR Safety Auditor certification or experience with safety audits </li><li> Familiarity with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, etc.)</li><li> Experience with electrical design software or drafting tools </li></ul><p> What’s on Offer </p><ul><li> Competitive pay: $30–$45/hour depending on experience </li><li> Health benefits (through an industry hour-bank program)</li><li> Company vehicle for site visits, plus provided phone and laptop </li><li> Career growth potential in estimating, safety leadership, or project management as the company expands </li><li> A collaborative environment where new ideas are welcomed, plus team events and social gatherings </li></ul>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
