<p><p><b>Financial Business Analyst - 12 Months</b></p></p> <p>Employment Type</p> <p>Contract</p> <p>Location</p> <p>MISSISSAUGA, Ontario</p> Apply SHARE THIS JOB <br/> <p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p></p> <p>Reporting to the Business application Manager, the candidate will be working within the IT Group with a focus on the finance business function. The role will support the Finance organization across North America during the MS Dynamics 365 FO ERP implementation.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<li>Gather and document finance requirements in support of the MS D365 FO ERP implementation</li>
<li>Support the Finance team during the MS D365 configuration, testing and cutover preparation</li>
<li>Lead an execute testing scenarios for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets</li>
<li>Provide functional support for AP invoice automation in MS D365 </li>
<li>Translate business needs into functional specifications, and contribute to process design documentation</li>
<li>Ensure finance data accuracy</li>
<li>Assist in identifying and implementing system improvements and process optimization</li>
<li>Provide training to users from Finance team, create supporting documentation and job aids</li>
<li>Work closely with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues</li>
<li>Liaise closely with internal resources and External Consultants and communicate appropriately to all involved parties</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Accounting or Finance, Business, Information systems or related field</li>
<li>Completed or pursuing CPA Designation</li>
<li>3+ Years of experience as a Financial Business analyst and strong Accounting and Finance acumen</li>
<li><b>Solid understanding of MS Dynamics 365 FO or MS Dynamics AX2012 particularly in AP, AR, GL and FA modules</b></li>
<li>ERP system implementation experience required</li>
<li>Advanced MS Office and MS Excel Skills</li>
<li>Experience working with cross functional teams supporting multi-location users</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>A self-starter, self-directed and results driven</li>
