About the Role:


As the Assistant Location Manager & Network Support (ALMNS), you will partner with the Location Manager to elevate our Newmarket location. You will oversee a diverse team of travel consultants, drive network growth by managing business leads, expanding our portfolio, and ensuring exceptional service to our customers. Reporting directly to the Location Manager, you will help build a dynamic, high‑performing team while ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive daily motivation across the network to achieve sales targets, including monthly reviews of individual progress. Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance consultant productivity and ensure leads are directed to the appropriate experts—matching the right inquiry with the right expert.

  • Regularly review Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and coach consultants on sales behaviors (including call listening and chat reviews), communicating customer experience expectations effectively across the network.

  • Lead efforts to boost preferred product sales within the network, encouraging consultants to engage in ongoing product training and collaborating with preferred partners for community and customer events.

  • Oversee adherence to One Best Way (OBW) systems and processes, ensuring the network follows proper financial procedures, including PCI compliance, financial standards, reconciliations, and banking practices.

  • Create and host events that engage the local community, preferred suppliers, and consultants. Drive Google reviews and scores, and serve as a brand champion.


Experience & Qualifications:



  • Previous FCTG leadership experience is an asset.

  • Proven track record of developing a client base, achieving results, and developing people.

  • Consistently achieves high individual sales results while maintaining an extensive customer base.

  • Strong customer service focus, ensuring customers are the number one priority and the experience is exceptional.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Ability to embrace Flight Centre systems and process changes.

  • Proven history of preferred product strategy (e.g., Captain’s Package, insurance).

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $53,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. On‑target earnings average range between $53,000 - $88,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
