We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven <strong>Sales & Project Manager</strong> to join our team. This is your opportunity to work with a well-established company where performance is rewarded, autonomy is respected, and long-term success is a shared mission.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Your Role</p><ul><li>Spearhead sales efforts across large-scale commercial flooring projects</li><li>Build, grow and manage relationships with general contractors, consultants, and property managers</li><li>Oversee estimating and proposals from drawings/specs using tools like PlanSwift</li><li>Lead end-to-end project delivery: procurement, project oversight, scheduling, and closeout</li><li>Monitor project performance with a focus on margin, efficiency, and client satisfaction</li><li>Identify growth opportunities within your accounts</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Who You Are</p><ul><li>A construction industry professional with proven experience in commercial construction sales, estimating and project management</li><li>Adept at interpreting architectural drawings and specifications</li><li><strong>Strongly preferred</strong>: Background in flooring with estimating software experience (PlanSwift etc.)</li><li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach</li><li>Experienced in managing multiple active projects simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable working independently with a strong sense of accountability</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Access to a reliable vehicle required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Base Salary: $45k/year</li><li><strong>Uncapped </strong>commission and profit-sharing structure: <strong>$80K–$150K+ </strong>for top earners</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, life, disability</li><li>Schedule: Monday to Friday, with hybrid flexibility</li><li>Autonomy & Impact: Run your portfolio like a business within the business</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Ready to lead projects, drive revenue, and build lasting client partnerships?</p><p>We’d like to hear from you.
