Job summary: The forklift operator is required to use industrial trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or construction site. a similar place. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, minor maintenance work, supporting control of inventory documentation, and full compliance with safety compliance regulations. Salary: $20.00/hour Professional tasks * Operate lifting devices, eg. ex. forklifts, hoists, lifting platforms, lifting beams and swivel hooks * Manually load and unload material from pallets, skids, platforms, cars and lifting devices. * Accurately ship and receive the product * Support inventory control with accurate documentation * Complete timesheets * Comply with all workplace safety policies and compliance regulations * Perform routine maintenance of vehicles and auxiliary equipment * Accurately weigh and document documents * Provide production data on labels Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * 3 years of experience as a forklift operator * Forklift Safety Training Certificate * Experience in routine maintenance operations * Highly flexible, with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse work environment * Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing * Able to work well under pressure * Great attention to detail * Able to deal with people with sensitivity, tact, diplomacy and professionalism at all times * Computer literacy * Professional appearance and manners * Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
