We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Front Shop Manager / Home Health Care Manager to join our team in Blenheim, ON!</p><p><br /></p><p>This unique position combines leadership in retail operations with a clinical focus in home health care, offering the opportunity to support customers and patients in-store while overseeing day-to-day operations and specialized care services.</p><p><br /></p><ul><li><p>Hybrid Role </p></li><li><p>Competitive hourly wage based on experience</p></li><li><p>Monday - Friday Schedule (no weekends)</p></li></ul><p><p><br /></p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br /></p><p>Front Shop Management</p><ul><li><p>Oversee daily operations of the front shop, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor</p></li><li><p>Supervise retail staff and foster a strong, customer-focused culture</p></li><li><p>Resolve customer issues and implement upselling strategies</p></li><li><p>Track key performance indicators such as sales, shrink, and customer satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Enforce safety, sanitation, and loss prevention protocols<br><br></p></li></ul><p>Home Health Care Management</p><ul><li><p>Provide in-depth product consultations for mobility aids, wound care, compression therapy, and more</p></li><li><p>Assist with insurance billing, ADP claims, and proper documentation</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate and fit medical products based on patient needs<br><br></p></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Experience in retail management and/or home health care product sales</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of OTC products and health care equipment</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with POS systems, insurance billing, and inventory software</p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Compassionate approach to working with vulnerable populations</p></li><li><p>Understanding of ADP or insurance coverage processes (preferred)</p></li></ul><p><p><br /></p></p><p>If you’re passionate about people, retail leadership, and home health care — and ready to take on a meaningful, hybrid role — apply today to join our growing team!</p></p></p>
