<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>As a Seasonal Store Manager, you will be responsible for opening, staffing, and driving sales while maintaining good visual standards and effective operational controls within your store. Seasonal Managers create an engaging and fun experience for customers and a rewarding environment for associates. Successful managers are sales focused, KPI-driven, high energy, and enjoy servicing guests and managing a small associate team.</p><h3>Essential Functions</h3><p><b>Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Drive team morale by celebrating successes related to employee performance and sales achievement.</li><li>Address issues from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).</li><li>Model professionalism and high performance.</li></ul><p><b>Retail Sales</b></p><ul><li>Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.</li><li>Be aware of consumer marketing initiatives and participate in promotions to maximize sales.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and guest experience.</li><li>Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to maximize sales results.</li><li>Merchandise products following visual direction and standards; create an active selling environment.</li></ul><p><b>Staff Management</b></p><ul><li>Hire and train a seasonal team to deliver outstanding customer service.</li><li>Manage staff payroll and schedules within the store budget.</li><li>Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback; manage talent and employee relations with the ASM.</li></ul><p><b>Store Operations</b></p><ul><li>Make daily bank deposits and manage store operations, inventory, and loss prevention.</li><li>Adhere to company policies and represent the company positively.</li><li>Ensure health and safety compliance and mall guidelines; assist with store openings and closings.</li><li>Collect guest e-mail addresses through text to join.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with a sales focus.</li><li>1+ year of retail experience/management experience.</li><li>Proven ability to drive sales; excellent problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Customer-focused environment creation; strong organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills; enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.</li><li>Self-motivated, optimistic, solution-oriented; high integrity, accountability, and reliability; open to feedback.</li><li>Knowledge of retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of retail management POS systems, basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Able to perform basic math; flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.</li></ul><h3>Job Posting Information</h3><ul><li>Pay rate: see bottom of posting</li><li>Seasonal Full-time</li><li>Weekends as needed</li><li>Evenings as needed</li><li>This posting will remain open until filled; you are encouraged to apply early.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>401K retirement plan</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><h3>Equal Opportunity</h3><p>Go!
