We service the GTA and the surrounding areas. We are a <strong>union company (Local 787) </strong>and are hiring a talented HVAC Service MECHANIC to join our team. If you&#39;re excited to be part of our team, TRI-AIR is a great place to grow your career. <br><br>MUST BE LIVING IN THE GTA, ONTARIO.</p><p><br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed Mechanic (313A), will consider registered apprentice.</li><li>G1 gas license is preferable.</li><li>Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot HVAC equipment (RTUs, boilers, air-cooled chillers, make-up airs, air handlers, heaters etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job.</li><li>Ability to work independently without much supervision.</li><li>Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.</li><li>Driver&#39;s license and a clean drivers abstract.</li><li>Ability to effectively manage time.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment.</li><li>Educating our client on how to use and maintain their equipment.</li><li>Perform scheduled and emergency service on a variety of HVAC equipment.</li><li>Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.</li><li>Order parts needed for repairs if needed.</li><li>Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.</li><li>Complete quote sheets for work recommended.</li><li>Explain issues with equipment and repairs to clients.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Job Types</strong>:</p><ul><li>Full-time, Part-time.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Salary:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Local 787 Union Mechanic salary and benefits.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Work remotely:</strong></p><ul><li>No.</li></ul></p></p>
