IAM/PAM Project Manager

Job Description

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage IAM and PAM projects with a focus on Okta, CyberArk, and MFA solutions.</li><li>Oversee the design, implementation, and support of IAM/PAM solutions across global environments.</li><li>Manage a team of 9 engineers/analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.</li><li>Conduct project planning, risk management, and resource allocation to meet objectives.</li><li>Ensure secure identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged account management, and compliance reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with infrastructure teams on Windows, Linux, and database integration with IAM/PAM solutions.</li><li>Deliver presentations, status reports, and executive updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and end-user experience.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Skillset/qualification</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>12+ years of experience in IT Security / IAM / PAM, with 3+ years in project management or leadership roles.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with Okta (IAM), CyberArk (PAM), and MFA solutions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and databases (Oracle/SQL).</li><li>Proven experience managing medium-sized teams (8–12 members) and driving cross-functional projects.</li><li>Excellent project management skills (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) with PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.</li><li>Experience working in global, 24x7 support environments is a plus.</li><li>Certification in CyberArk or Okta is preferred. </li><li>Good Communication and Presentation skill.</li></ul><li><br></li>
