Inside Sales Representative

Overview
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Winnipeg. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and working in a fast-paced sales environment—without the need for door-to-door or cold field sales.
You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to generate quotes, process orders, and help drive revenue while developing valuable sales and account-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and support the sales pipeline
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with outside sales, operations, and customer service teams
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide product information and resolve basic customer concerns
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, and MS Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
