If youre detail-oriented, technically strong, and eager to bring plans to life through accurate and code-compliant drawings, wed love to meet you.</p><p><br /></p><p>What Youll Do</p><p>As an Intermediate Drafter, youll focus on creating high-quality working drawings and permit packages that keep our projects moving smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Preparing complete and accurate working drawings for multi-family homes.</li><li>Creating and revising permit packages, ensuring compliance with local bylaws, architectural controls, and the Alberta Building Code.</li><li>Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and suppliers to gather details required for permit submissions.</li><li>Reviewing site plans and lot fits to confirm setbacks, grading, and structural placement.</li><li>Maintaining and updating standard plans and details libraries as changes are required.</li><li>Supporting the Estimating & Drafting Manager with revisions, redlines, and technical inquiries from municipalities or site supervisors.</li><li>Assisting in the preparation of drawings for sales or marketing support as needed.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What You Bring</p><p>Were looking for someone who is self-motivated, accurate, and eager to collaborate in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.</p><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications & Skills:</p><ul><li>Diploma in Architectural Technology (or equivalent).</li><li>23 years residential drafting experience (production home building experience an asset).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (Lumion is an asset).</li><li>Solid knowledge of wood-frame residential construction practices.</li><li>Familiarity with the Alberta Building Code and municipal bylaws.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Why Join Partners?</p><ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based bonus program.</li><li>Group health & dental benefits (premiums paid by Partners).</li><li>Employee assistance program (EAP).</li><li>Frequent team-building events and a fun, collaborative office culture.</li><li>Opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to building a better life for our homeowners and communities.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Apply Today</p><p>If youre ready to bring your drafting skills to a team that values precision, collaboration, and community, wed love to hear from you.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p></p></p>
