<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are currently looking for an administrator for inventory control and margin analysis in the Estevan area. <strong><em>This company is rapidly growing, has a solid reputation, a strong community presence that takes pride in their employees through trust and respect.</em></strong> This position will start as soon the right candidate is identified.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>§ Long term employees, permanent position, lots of growth</p><p>§ Full benefit program, dental, vision, long term disability</p><p>§ $32.00/hr. to start</p><p>§ Pension Program</p><p>§ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility</p><p>§ 3 weeks holidays</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>§ Daily analysis on acceptable margins for fuel and lube sales</p><p>§ Collaborate with sales and retail counter staff to control inventory sales and purchasing</p><p>§ Ensure optimal inventory levels</p><p>§ Make routine trips to other offices working with staff ensuring effective policies and procedures</p><p>§ Ensuring accurate counts, reconciliation, corrections, pricing and write offs</p><p>§ Adjust prices to allow for acceptable margins</p><p>§ Reconcile bulk fuel to sales and book inventory values in the system ensuring information integrity</p><p>§ Organization of inventory categories</p><p>§ Maintaining current inventory information using the in-house system</p><p>§ Inactivating products no longer in stock</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>§ Grade 12 with 2+ years of post secondary education in business admin or a related field</p><p>§ Willing to grow and adapt as this new position evolves</p><p>§ Experience in an administrative role</p><p>§ Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail</p><p>§ Positive attitude with good communication and people skills</p><p>§ Self-motivated, results driven individual</p><p>§ Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills</p><p>§ Understanding of inventory control, receiving, sales, reconciliation, turns, etc.</p><p>§ Understanding of margin dollars and margin percentages</p><p>§ Knowledge of transportation functions is an asset</p><p><br /></p><p>Please forward resume and current references to TJ at <span >tj.odonnell@jetstreampersonnel.com</span> or click Apply.</p><br><br></p></p>
