<p><strong>IT Recruiter </strong></p> <p><strong>Ontario, Fully Remote</strong></p> <p>Source Code is a global STEM consulting and workforce solutions firm that works 100's of large enterprise clients within Government, Health Care, Banking/ Finance, and Technology sectors.</p><p>Most of our team is based out of Toronto, but we service clients globally, </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.</li><li>Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.</li><li>Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.</li><li>Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.</li><li>Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.</li></ul> <p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p> <ul><li>1+ years of IT recruitment</li><li>Excellent communication skills  </li></ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience working within health care </li><li>Experience hiring of public sector positions with the Canadian Government </li></ul>
