To keep pace with our continued growth, we are in need of Mid-level to Senior Commercial/Civil Litigator, ideally with large firm and/or in-house experience.
As a Caravel Litigator, You will:
- Provide a full spectrum of Litigation services to clients of all sizes, across all industries
- Desire and ability to manage own caseload from inception through trial.
- Experience at all levels of courts.
- Deal with matters from intake to close, including taking initial instructions, drafting of documentation, dealing with all correspondence, and proactively moving matters.
What would YOU Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience
- Litigation experience in areas of Civil, Small Claims and/or Employment
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
- First chair trial experience
