This is an on-call, seasonal position ideal for someone with flexible availability and a strong work ethic.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Operate Loader and/or Kubota equipment for snow removal on commercial and residential properties.</li><li>Clear driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and access roads efficiently and safely.</li><li>Conduct pre- and post-operational checks to ensure machinery is in good working order.</li><li>Maintain safe operation standards in challenging weather conditions.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members during snow events.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven experience operating heavy machinery (Loader, Kubota, Skid Steer, etc.).</li><li>Valid drivers license; experience with transporting machinery is an asset.</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather.</li><li>Ability to work independently in adverse weather conditions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and safety.</li></ul><p>We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage based on experience.</li><li>Paid orientation and equipment training.</li><li>Opportunity for year-round work for the right candidate.</li></ul></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
