<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Minimum prior experience 5 plus years.<br><br><strong>Required Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Experience in maintenance matters of large buildings like hotels, nursing homes etc.</li><li>Extremely detail-oriented.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to handle the day-to-day demands of the job.</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills needed for critical decision-making.</li><li>Excellent time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent technical expertise.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Maintenance Manager job will include, but not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, organize, and manage building overall maintenance procedures.</li><li>Supervise the installation of equipment or machinery.</li><li>Train staff.</li><li>Create reports on budget, safety inspections, and production statistics.</li><li>Ensure establishment is clean and well-maintained.</li><li>Manage all projects and evaluate them regularly.</li><li>All handyman&#39;s work like painting, basic plumbing fixings, basic masonry, and woodwork.</li><li>Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.</li><li>Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.</li><li>Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.</li><li>Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.</li><li>Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.</li></ul></p></p>
