<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! We will have a 3 month probationary period and you will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li><li>Estimate time and extent of repairs</li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li><li>Maintain material and supply inventory</li><li>Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li><li>Maintaining yard and common areas</li><li>Landscaping</li></ul><p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields</li><li>Background in Plumbing and/or Electrical is beneficial</li><li>Needs to work independently</li><li>Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment</li><li>Ability to handle physical workload</li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li><li>Rental Accommodation may be available at an attractive rate</li><li>Must supply own suitable vehicle and tools</li></ul></p></p>
