<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Manager, Enterprise Transformation and M&A Integration — join MNP to lead transformation strategy and M&A integration initiatives, bridging strategic vision, technology, and operations to deliver transformative results.</p><p>Make an impact as we strengthen our Advisory Practice with a focus on Enterprise Transformation and M&A Integration. You will work with a collaborative team to guide clients through change, aligning business strategy, transformation architecture, and technology to drive meaningful results, value, performance improvements, cost optimization, growth, and risk mitigation.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deep understanding of complex transformation strategy and design of the associated business operating model, technology, and process requirements to enable transformation delivery</li><li>Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services within a client organization (preferably with experience in strategy and transformation within a consulting firm)</li><li>Support and define Merger & Acquisition strategy and integration execution</li><li>Create future-state target operating models and conduct synergies analysis</li><li>Lead a cross-functional team in transformation sales opportunities</li><li>Build and manage complex projects and lead teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to client specifications, ensuring profitability and satisfaction</li><li>Promote MNP services across consulting, digital, and enterprise risk services; participate in presentations, articles, workshops, and community activities</li><li>Identify ways to maximize client relationships and deliver added value</li><li>Facilitate collaboration with the client engagement team to discuss roles, risks, and project metrics</li><li>Perform team management and coordination to align resources with project work plans</li><li>Manage project financials (resources, budgets, WIP, billing, collections, variance recognition)</li><li>Maintain quality control by reviewing others’ work and providing feedback</li><li>Monitor timelines, adjust as needed, and communicate status to clients</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and adherence to procedures for client files</li></ul><h3>Skills and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a relevant field</li><li>Postgraduate degree or professional designation (MBA or MSc) is an asset</li><li>Experience in growth strategy, business/corporate and/or technology strategy, mergers & acquisitions, value creation, strategic planning, operating model design, strategic investment analysis, and enterprise cost reduction</li><li>Minimum 6 years of experience in the industry or with a professional services firm in strategy and transformation</li><li>Demonstrated technical expertise in a specific sector or capability area (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Public Sector; Customer Experience, Operations, HR, Finance)</li><li>English and French bilingualism is an asset</li><li>Strong financial and analytical capabilities</li><li>Experience in diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation, client expectations management, profitability, and team leadership</li><li>Experience in business and practice development</li><li>Experience in proposal development and sales</li><li>Developed network within business and IT communities is a strong asset</li><li>Some travel may be required</li></ul><h3>Rewards and Diversity</h3><p>With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP offers customized rewards to support our culture and a balanced lifestyle.
