<p>Do you want to join the Engineering Services team and take on a pivotal leadership role as the <strong>Manager of Engineering Services</strong>? This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee a range of new and existing client engagements while leading both our consulting and field service operations.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the activities of the engineering department. You'll play a significant role in shaping client outcomes and contributing meaningfully to the growth of our organization.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Lead, plan, and oversee engineering department operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and quality standards.</li><li>Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and best practices to promote efficiency and consistency.</li><li>Serve as a primary liaison with clients—preparing technical specifications, presenting proposals, and communicating results of engineering analyses and studies.</li><li>Coordinate and review the work of project teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of technical deliverables.</li><li>Drive the recruitment, training, and development of engineering personnel, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.</li><li>Conduct power system studies such as short circuit analysis, protective device coordination, arc flash analysis, and load flow studies.</li><li>Provide technical and reliability support for industrial and utility clients across a wide range of projects.</li><li>Oversee the application, design, and commissioning of electrical systems and process automation equipment.</li><li>Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to support engineering decisions and client service activities.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and responsive support.</li><li>Deliver technical field support for internal teams and external customers as needed<br><br></li></ul><strong>This role is located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
