Relocation assistance is not available.</p><h3>Salary and Benefits</h3><p><strong>Base pay range:</strong> CA$152,000.00/yr - CA$177,000.00/yr</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> CA$152,000 - CA$177,000 CAD + Bonus + Equity + Benefits</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> See employer for details</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and own recruiting operations; manage a distributed team</li><li>Ensure alignment between candidate experience and business goals</li><li>Design, implement, and continuously optimize recruiting systems and programs</li><li>Ensure recruiting operations have the appropriate infrastructure to scale</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements; enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Solve problems creatively and autonomously while using good judgement</li><li>Own recruiting tools and subscriptions; vet and pitch new tools</li><li>Embrace emerging technology; drive innovation within recruiting operations</li><li>Develop and deliver recruiting analytics; improve data and tracking</li><li>Partner with colleagues and leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution</li><li>Maintain intentional, high-quality hiring practices</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>8+ years of recruiting operations experience required</li><li>High-growth tech experience required</li><li>Track record of designing, implementing and managing large-scale recruiting programs required</li><li>3+ years of management experience required</li><li>Distributed team management experience required</li><li>Comfort and experience with AI tools and recruiting systems required</li><li>Data tracking, reporting and optimization/automation experience required</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Manager, Recruiting Operations description is based in Toronto, Ontario.
