Job Description
<p><h3>Marketing Material & Project Management</h3><ul><li>Support the Marketing Managers with the development, project management and organization of specific marketing projects and promotional & training materials</li><li>Manage marketing material internal approval process, working closely with the Review team for timely submissions and approvals</li><li>Forecast sales material inventory and production in collaboration with Marketing Managers</li></ul><h3>Manage Social Media & Corporate Website</h3><ul><li>Manage and update the corporate website and support Marketing Managers in maintaining brand pages (new branding, new product updates, etc.)</li><li>Manage and update the Merz Aesthetics Canada Social Media channels</li><li>Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback</li></ul><h3>Support of Medical Education and Sales Team</h3><ul><li>Assist in coordination of Medical Education events in cooperation with National Education Manager, including planning and management of event logistics and travel, event materials, attendee management, etc.</li><li>Assist in developing and executing HCP contracts, processing payments for HCPs, managing necessary tax forms & collateral for educational events</li><li>Arrange and execute patient documentation for live injections at events</li><li>Create and execute follow up surveys for Medical Education</li></ul><h3>Health Care Provider Educational Platform Coordination</h3><ul><li>Manage content on the Canadian HCP educational platform</li><li>Work with cross functional partners, Medical Education & Medical Affairs, to determine content that is relevant to the Canadian market</li><li>Review materials uploaded by Global and other countries, Canadianize when appropriate</li><li>Analyze Educational platform utilization to drive decision-making</li></ul><h3>Conference & Event Coordination</h3><ul><li>Manage conference and event logistics in cooperation with Marketing Managers, including the planning and management of meetings, travel, and the development of brand and corporate materials</li></ul><h3>Research & Insight Collection</h3><ul><li>Assist with market research and advisory boards in collaboration with other Marketing Managers to better understand customer and consumer needs</li><li>Perform market analysis and research on the latest industry trends & competitors</li><li>Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content</li></ul><h3>Performance & ROI Tracking</h3><ul><li>Assist in monthly brand performance & KPI/ROI tracking</li></ul><h3>KOL Engagement</h3><ul><li>Assist in executing the KOL development plan along with the Marketing Managers and across the functional areas</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Required</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Detail Oriented</strong> : Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
