<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><br /><p><b>Job Summary  </b></p><p>Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Material Handler I is responsible for performing stock handling duties including receiving, order picking, loading/unloading trucks, replenishment, cycle counting, and physical inventory. This role supports warehouse operations and ensures accuracy and efficiency in material movement and documentation.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities  </b></p><p>  • Inspect and verify inbound material for condition, quantity, and correctness.  </p><p>  • Accurately pick and process outbound orders.  </p><p>  • Move and pick up material from other departments.  </p><p>  • Complete all necessary paperwork related to inventory and shipments.  </p><p>  • Perform inventory cycle counts and replenishment tasks.  </p><p>  • Assist with error investigation and resolution related to inventory balances and receiving discrepancies.  </p><p>  • Use computer programs to obtain and update database information.  </p><p>  • Perform other related duties in the warehouse or other areas as required.  </p><p>  • Adhere to Client&#39;s Philosophy and Values, as well as Safety and Environmental standards.  </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Required Qualifications  </b></p><p>  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.  </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications  </b></p><p>  • 1 year of warehouse experience.  </p><p>  • Lift truck experience.  </p><p>  • RF scanner picking experience.  </p><p>  • Knowledge of Lean principles.  </p><p>  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.  </p><p>  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.  </p><p>  • Quick learner with strong work ethic.  </p><p>  • Willingness to work daily and/or weekend overtime as required.  </p><br /><p><b>Education:</b> High School<br><br></p></p></p>
