Our automotive sales teams sell with a consultative approach and we are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction, not only in the vehicle the customer is purchasing, but also in the way our customer purchases it.</p><p>If you fit the above criteria and you are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, then you could be the next top tier Automotive Sales Professional we are looking for.</p><p><strong>Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but is not necessary.</strong></p><p>The following are a list of basic attributes and skills that we are looking for in our new sales team members:</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>Must be committed to achieving monthly goals on New and Used vehicles</li></ul><ul><li>High energy and self-motivated</li></ul><ul><li>Prompt attendance when scheduled</li></ul><ul><li>Able to work as a team with your fellow automotive sales professionals and our BDC</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal</li></ul><ul><li>Dressed for success</li></ul><ul><li>Possess the willingness to be trained</li></ul><ul><li>Presentation skills for showing and explaining the features of our vehicles</li></ul><ul><li>Able to set multiple appointments per week</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in computer, email and internet usage</li></ul><ul><li>Provide our customers with purchase and lease options in a confident manner</li></ul><ul><li>Have the ability to achieve 100% customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale.</li></ul><ul><li>Be a CLOSER</li></ul><p>If you&#39;d like the opportunity to work for a top-level store in Oakville, this position is for you.
