We are seeking driven individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced technical consulting and implementation environment.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Define and execute the vision for data, AI and augmented productivity across Copilot solutions (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio among others), aligning these initiatives with customer needs and strategic objectives.</li><li>Oversee the large-scale deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents to existing customer systems and internal departments (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, etc.).</li><li>Lead Modern Workplace solution architecture discussions with clients, scoping project schedule, effort, and resource requirements for recommended solutions that include document and records management, business process automation, information governance and protection, employee experience, apps, and business intelligence dashboards.</li><li>Lead presales activities, guiding proposals and proposal teams of technical and non-technical resources in crafting M365 solution responses to challenges such as hybrid work enablement, employee experience, information protection and governance, and intranet portals.</li><li>Deliver projects in a multi-disciplinary team environment through proposal development, research, business analysis, process redesign, assessments, business case development, strategy and roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, ideation, solution design, and digital transformation with M365 features.</li><li>Manage time effectively across multiple clients, projects and industries with varying scope and complexity.</li></ul><p><b>What You Bring To The Role</b></p><ul><li>3 - 5 years of consulting experience with leading systems integrators or consulting companies.</li><li>3 - 5 years of advanced working experience with M365.</li><li>Experience leading deal pursuits and opportunity development.</li><li>Facilitating workshops and gathering requirements for M365 technical solutions.</li><li>Designing, configuring, and implementing modern business solutions leveraging M365.</li><li>Designing and implementing information architectures and governance.</li><li>Deployment and migration of information management, protection, compliance, governance, and employee experience solutions in enterprise environments using M365 technologies including Viva, Microsoft Purview, Content AI / Syntex.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Purview, Information Protection & Governance configurations, eDiscovery, Retention / Disposition, and Sensitivity Labels.</li><li>Experience in a client-facing role across industries; familiarity with Agile methodologies and user-centric design a plus.</li><li>Experience communicating findings, recommendations, and other deliverables across client levels through reports, presentations, analyses, and other deliverables.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p><b>KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information</b></p><p>The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $110,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The base salary within this range is based on location, skills & competencies, and qualifications.
