<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong><br /><p></p><p>We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our team of Tim Hortons restaurants as a Multi-Unit / District Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry as Multi-Unit Operations Manager, preferably with the Tim Hortons brand. A valid driver’s license is required.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive sales by ensuring each location consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, satisfaction, quality, and cleanliness.</li><li>Ensure all locations comply with internal and corporate policies and procedures.</li><li>Work closely with Management Teams to achieve operational targets, including but not limited to food costs, paper usage, and labor management.</li><li>Provide daily coaching and support to Managers to help them meet specific restaurant goals and performance targets.</li><li>Set a strong example by actively participating in and leading day-to-day restaurant operations.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple units within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, overseeing operations across several locations.</li><li>Skilled in managing P&L statements, budgeting, and controlling costs to maintain profitability across all sites.</li><li>Strong leadership background with a focus on team development and coaching.</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Extensive operational knowledge in delivering guest service excellence and maintaining quality standards in a high-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and effectively handle multiple responsibilities.</li><li>Capable of working independently while collaborating successfully within a team environment.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>$60,000 - $80,000/year</li><li>Quarterly performance bonus</li><li>Health benefits and more</li></ul><p><br /></p><br><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br /><ul><li>3 years of experience managing multiple units within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry</li><li>Required to work some weekend shifts</li></ul><br><br><strong>ABOUT THE COMPANY</strong><br /><p></p><p>Opportunity, flexibility and new challenges every day are just a few of the reasons you’ll be happy you came on board.
