We’re seeking a driven Field Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and applying mechanical know-how to complex customer challenges.</p><p>This is more than sales—it’s about creating value and helping OEMs and industrial customers move their ideas forward.</p>What You’ll Do<ul><li>Build, grow, and manage customer relationships across your territory, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.</li><li>Identify opportunities by listening deeply, asking smart questions, and uncovering how our solutions can drive customer success.</li><li>Apply a structured <strong>sales process</strong> to technical opportunities—prospecting, qualifying, closing, and expanding accounts.</li><li>Develop and execute territory growth strategies that align with both customer needs and company goals.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, procurement teams, and operations to specify the right products for new applications.</li><li>Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to anticipate future customer needs.</li><li>Leverage value-based selling (economic value added, system efficiency, reduced downtime) to differentiate Berendsen from the competition.</li><li>Work closely with vendor partners and internal specialists to deliver complete solutions.</li></ul>Who You Are<p>We know the best people don’t always follow a straight path.
