<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada | Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | Salary: $59,500 - $84,000 CAD</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Foster existing TD Wealth Financial Planning relationships and implement investment strategies and long-term financial plans by offering sound advice with a focus on retirement and investment planning</li><li>Establish and implement a sales plan that focuses on onboarding existing TDCT customers, developing and managing a plan, improving profitability with existing customers, developing business from existing customers, and retaining existing customers</li><li>Assist clients to identify goals and barriers, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide ongoing relationship management through investment recommendations including third-party mutual funds; open new investing accounts as required</li><li>Contribute to the achievement of team and department LEI goals by modelling LEI attributes and behaviours while strengthening customer loyalty</li><li>Identify opportunities to refer customers to other TD partners where appropriate</li><li>Actively acquire external assets through effective financial planning and sales conversations leveraging screen sharing technology</li><li>Provide ongoing relationship management to existing TD Wealth Financial Planning and Private Investment Advice relationships to maintain, update and implement investment strategies and long-term financial plans</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>University degree and/or 3-5 years of industry experience</li><li>Canadian Securities Course (CSC) required</li><li>IIROC license preferred (required within first 90 days in role)</li><li>Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within first 90 days in role</li><li>Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within first 30 months in role</li><li>Achieve Certified Financial Planner designation within first 2 years in role</li></ul><p>Note: Some sections of the original listing included extensive corporate boilerplate and regional program descriptions.
