<p>School/Organization: Timothy Christian School (Williamsburg ON)</p><p>Employment Type: full-time</p><p>Compensation Range: $90,000 – $100,000</p><p>Region: Williamsburg, Ontario<br>Start Date: Immediately, or as mutually agreed</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>Timothy Christian School (TCS) is seeking a dedicated and visionary leader to serve as Principal. The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Christ, an experienced educator, and a dynamic leader. The Principal provides a unique leadership service to the Board, the school staff and the community.</p><p>The Principal is expected to embody the pursuit of the vision and mission of the school while managing the school’s resources. The Principal has board-delegated authority and responsibility in the oversight of the operations of the school and its reputation and advancement in the supporting community.</p><h3>About Timothy Christian School</h3><p>TCS is a flourishing school and has seen steady growth through the last number of years, dedicated to educating children from JK to grade 8 through Christ-centered, quality programs that combine faith and learning.</p><p>Our staff are strong Christian role models who are an example to their students. The staff invests their time and energy in the lives of the students, encouraging them to “grow in knowledge and faith and equipping them to impact their community” (TCS Mission Statement).</p><p>TCS is grateful for God’s faithfulness, providing Christian education in our area for over 60 years.
